Why join United Realty Group?

To start keeping more of your commission without sacrificing quality, support, technology, or reputation. United Realty Group's 100% commission split business model was designed for agents who are independent, proactive, and are tired of paying outrageous broker fees for services they don't need or use. We cater to a new breed of agents who are frustrated with, or don't fit into the outdated "brick and mortar" environment, and are looking for a better alternative. United Realty Group is growing at a fast pace, and though our brand is recognized throughout California, our agents understand that real estate is a "personal relationship" industry and their clients choose to do business with them, not their company or office building. Choosing a 100% commission split, however, should not mean you are compromising benefits, quality or service; we provide our agents with 24/7 broker support, training, IDX websites, turnkey marketing plans, leads, legal updates, in-house escrow, transaction coordinating and short sale negotiation, and much more! Our pledge is to provide an industry leading 100% commission structure, while fostering a company environment that is efficient, productive, and maintains a support system that is second to none!

What are my 100% commission options? What is the total charge per closed transaction?

United Realty Group offers our agents 2 different 100% commission plan options. The following is an overview of our 100% commission plans:

Silver Plan: This plan is our "Per Transaction Option", and is usually the best fit for agents closing 3 transactions or less per year.
Transaction fee= $425. Risk Management Fee (E&O)= $125.
The total cost per closed transaction= $550

Gold Plan: This plan is our "Monthly Option", and is usually the best fit for agents closing 4 or more transactions per year- you pay a small monthly fee for an unlimited amount of transactions, and only pay the risk management fee per closed transaction.
$125/Month + $125/Transaction

What is the cost of E&O insurance?

There is a risk management fee of $125 per closed transaction, which is already included in the commission plans mentioned in the previous question. This fee includes the costs of E&O insurance, legal fees, and other risk-management costs.

When do I get paid?

You get paid directly out of escrow, in any manner you choose (i.e. mail you a check, pick up check from local escrow office, wire to your bank). All we need is a completed transaction file, and we will instruct escrow to pay you directly at closing.

Can I get broker support when I need it?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on delivering world class broker support and training to our agents, and recommend that they reach out to us on anything they are unsure of or need assistance with. Our brokers are easy to get a hold of, and eager to help. Broker support is available during normal business hours via phone or email, and afterhours through our "Broker Support Hotline".

Do you provide office/desk space?

Through a recent partnership, we are able to offer our agents access to over 1,200 business locations worldwide! Though most of our agents elect to work from home, we feel that it is important for them to have access to professional office locations, wherever their business takes them. We also maintain a physical corporate office location, located in San Diego County.

What geographical area does United Realty Group cover?

United Realty Group covers the entire state of California, and is currently hiring agents and brokers statewide.

What about Board of Realtor membership and MLS Access?

United Realty Group is a member of CAR, NAR, and countless local MLS's and Associations of Realtors throughout California. Our agents individually obtain their own MLS access. Please inquire with your local Association of Realtors about MLS access, and/or membership costs, dues, and requirements. Please contact us to check our status with your local association.

How about signs and business cards?

Upon joining our team, you will be provided access to our Agent Portal, and you can order your business cards directly through our website. You will also be able to place your sign orders as needed. We use Dee Sign company for our signs, and they have our company design template on file. You are also free to use any business card or sign vendor of your choosing. However, all United Realty Group agents must use our company logo on business cards, signs, and all promotional & marketing material.

Do you provide assistance with marketing/marketing plans?

Yes! Over the past few years, we have developed several turnkey marketing campaigns, targeting both buyers and sellers, that our agents can easily adopt right away. Our main focus, aside from building marketing campaigns that are highly effective, is to provide them to our agents fully developed, so minimal work is required on their part to begin using and benefiting from them. Our marketing campaigns have proven to yield outstanding conversion rates, incredible ROI's, and a healthy pipeline overall. If you would like more information about our marketing campaigns, one of our brokers would be delighted to give you a 15-20 webinar to show you exactly how they work. To schedule a webinar, please contact us.

Do you provide training for new agents?

Yes! United Realty Group's Mentorship Program provides cutting edge training for new agents, and agents who may have been out of the industry for a while and need "a refresher". Here's how it works: Upon joining URG, you will be assigned to one of our licensed and experienced Mentorship Coaches. They will work with you to quickly learn the basics, as well as map out and implement an ongoing plan for learning, marketing efficiently and productively, and maintaining consistent closings.

After coaching you into your first transaction, whether a new listing or a buyer, your Mentorship Coach will work the transaction with you every step of the way, from the Pre-Listing Agreement/Pre-Offer stage all the way to closing. This is done through one-on-one webinar sessions with your Mentorship Coach, during various key stages of the transaction process. During the webinar session, you will be viewing and working on the same computer screen as your Mentorship Coach, allowing for advanced, hands on teaching and learning. An inherent benefit of virtual training is the practicality of it- on your computer, from the comfort of your own home or place of business, regardless of your location in California. Another is the comfort of knowing that in addition to our world-class broker support, you have a seasoned Mentorship Coach as your designated tour guide, and committed to your success. Expect to learn a lot during your time in the Mentorship Program, as well as gain various knowledge, skills, and confidence that is sure to remain with you for your entire career!

Can I agree to give part of my commission to my client? Is it legal?

It is legal to give a credit to the principal (buyer or seller) only. This credit must be distributed through escrow. This can be done by having escrow draw up an addendum. Escrow will include this refund in their commission distribution instructions, and it will be shown on the HUD1 settlement statement.

Do I have to use a certain Transaction Coordinator?

For compliance reasons, we require agents to use our company approved Transaction Coordinators unless the agent meets our "TC opt out requirements": at least 3 years of full time experience, and at least 12 closed transactions in which the agent conducted the transaction coordinating. Alternatively, any agent that graduates from our Mentorship Program may choose to opt out of this requirement.

Our licensed and experienced TC's will handle a majority of your paperwork, making your transaction a breeze. They are familiar with our company's transaction file checklist requirements, as well as BRE compliance standards for different types of transactions. Utilizing our TC's will insure that a fully compliant file is ready at closing, and that there are no delays in receiving your commission check. Over 90% of our experienced agents choose to work with our TC's.

Can I negotiate listing commissions with my clients?

Yes, you determine the total sales commissions on your transactions.
