100% Commission Plans

Our Silver Plan is based on a "pay as you close" model. Recommended for part time agents, or agents closing 3 transactions or less per year, it is our most popular 100% commission split plan. It's simple- there are absolutely no annual fees, desk fees, or other junk fees of any sort. When agents close transactions under the 100% commission Silver Plan, they pay a nominal flat fee of $550, which includes E&O insurance. This 100% commission split plan also works exceptionally well for newer agents, or agents returning to the industry after being inactive, as it allows these agents to build up their pipeline without incurring significant expenses along the way. Our agents on the 100% commission Silver Plan use these savings towards their marketing efforts, growing their business, and other places that benefit them, rather than their brokerage!

Our Gold Plan was designed for agents closing 4 or more transactions per year, though many of our agents on this plan close more than 4 transactions per month! This 100% commission split plan saves tons of money for agents who fall into this category, as well as agents who were previously on our Silver Plan and became busier thereafter. It's simple- there are absolutely no annual fees, desk fees, or other junk fees of any sort. Agents on the 100% commission split Gold Plan pay a small monthly fee, and a nominal flat fee per closing which includes E&O insurance. Our agents on the 100% commission Gold Plan literally save tens of thousands of dollars per year compared to traditional brokerage splits, and even save quite a bit compared to our Silver Plan. They use these savings towards their marketing efforts, growing their business, and other places that benefit them, rather than their brokerage.
